Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited announced the allotment of 94,752 equity shares on August 18, 2026, pursuant to the Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021, increasing the company`s paid-up Equity Share Capital from Rs 1,44, 63,18,730 to Rs 1,44, 67,92,490.

EBITDA came in at Rs 94 crore, tanking 35.89% YoY and nosediving by 68.43% sequentially. Total expenses posted a minor rise of 6.46% to Rs 219.28 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 116.34 crore, improving by 11.39% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations posted a slight growth of 9.51% to Rs 1845.03 crore, while net profit inched up 4.78% to Rs 975.07 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 68724% to Rs 885.2 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 1.69% to Rs 1265.56 crore compared to previous TTM. Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd soared by 18.26% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.21% during the same period.
