Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC announced that the 32th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 29 July 2026.

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has allotted 28,452 equity shares under ESOP on 19 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,44,60,17,470/- (i.e. 28,92,03,494 equity shares of face value Rs 5/- each).
