Indraprastha Gas Limited announced that the Comptroller & Auditor General of India has appointed M/s PSMG & Associates, New Delhi as the statutory auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The appointment was conveyed in a letter dated September 7, 2026, and is subject to conditions outlined in Annexure-I available on the CAG’s website. Additionally, the Director General of Audit, Oil & Gas will conduct a supplementary/test audit of the company.

Indraprastha Gas Limited will hold its 27th Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), and has set October 1, 2026, as the record date for a potential final dividend for the fiscal year 2025-26.

Indraprastha Gas Ltd share price ticked higher by 0.78% to Rs 154.45 after the company`s net profit tanked by 29.77% to Rs 237.92 crore, while revenue from operations edged up 10.19% to Rs 4586.73 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of LPG/CNG/PNG/LNG Supplier industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.68 lakh crore, rising 8.36%. It has softened by 0.04% over last one week and gained upto 5.18% in last one month while the market capitalization of Indraprastha Gas Ltd has improved by 0.06% and 1.51% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Indraprastha Gas Ltd stood at Rs 311.72 crore in Q2 FY26, crashing by 43.09% year-on-year, and tumbling by 30.20% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 192 crore, plunging by 54.42% YoY and tanking 40.17% sequentially. Total expenses rose by 14.34% to Rs 4430.27 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 59.0 crore, softening 3.92% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew marginally by 6.52% to Rs 14912.62 crore, while net profit declined by 13.63% to Rs 1713.01 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 216361% to Rs 1608.8 crore, and PBT dropped 14.16% to Rs 2182.53 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 2198.8 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1531.76 crore in FY25. Indraprastha Gas Ltd nosedived by 25.04% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.

Indraprastha Gas will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Indraprastha Gas announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 75%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
