Ashika Global Securities Limited, formerly Ashika Credit Capital Limited, will close its trading window for company securities from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Ashika Global Securities Limited, formerly Ashika Credit Capital Limited, has incorporated two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Ashika Global Asset Management Private Limited and Ashika Global Trustee Company Private Limited, on September 17, 2026, to carry on the primary business of mutual fund management and trustee services, respectively, subject to regulatory approvals. Ashika Global Asset Management Private Limited has an authorized, issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital of Rs 60 crore, while Ashika Global Trustee Company Private Limited has a share capital of Rs 10 lakh, and both entities are considered related parties due to their ownership by Ashika Global Securities Limited.

Net profit of Ashika Global Securities rose 15.48% to Rs 101.30 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 87.72 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
