Baron Infotech Limited informed the BSE that the Registrar of Companies, Telangana, has approved an extension of three months for holding the Annual General Meeting for fiscal year 2025-26, extending the deadline up to December 29, 2026, as part of the company’s Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.

Baron Infotech Limited, on a post facto basis, announced that its Monitoring Committee approved various statutory and administrative items during its first meeting held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, including taking note of orders from the Hon’ble NCLT, Hyderabad Bench approving a Resolution Plan, receipt of Rs 2,69,03,046.49 towards CIRP cost, and payment to creditors from Innopark (India) Private Limited.

Baron Infotech Limited announced that a Monitoring Committee has been constituted following the approval of a Resolution Plan by the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench-II, vide its order dated September 8, 2026, in IA (IBC) (Plan)/03/2026, with the Resolution Professional as Chairperson, one representative from the Committee of Creditors, and one representative from Innopark (India) Private Limited, the Successful Resolution Applicant, as members; the committee’s first meeting is scheduled for September 12, 2026, to consider administrative decisions related to the implementation of the Resolution Plan.
