Nitin Castings Limited informed the BSE that MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the company`s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), issued a certificate dated October 3, 2026, confirming the processing of securities for dematerialization for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.

Nitin Castings Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, including promoters, directors, auditors, key managerial persons, and their immediate relatives, effective Thursday, October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company’s internal code for preventing insider trading. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, are made public and submitted to the stock exchange, with the date of the board meeting for approval to be announced later.
