3M India Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.

3M India Limited reported a 14.5% increase in revenue to INR 5,090 Crores for fiscal year 2025-26, alongside a 9.7% rise in profit after tax to INR 522.3 Crores. The company, a subsidiary of 3M Company, highlighted growth across its business segments, with Safety & Industrial leading at 16%. Strategic initiatives focus on market expansion, research and development, and operational excellence, targeting sectors like manufacturing, infrastructure, and automotive. Radhika Rajan and Ramesh Ramadurai retired from their roles as Chairperson and Managing Director respectively in May 2026, with M.D. Ranganath appointed as Chairman and Kavita Nair joining as an Independent Director. The company also published its fourth Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report, reviewed by Intertek India, and filed its annual report with the BSE and National Stock Exchange.
