JM Financial Ltd share price declined by 2.17% to Rs 126.45. The Company`s net profit jumped 131.39% to Rs 368.74 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 26.37% to Rs 1196.0 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of JM Financial Ltd stood at Rs 455.54 crore in Q2 FY26, plunging by 23.12% year-on-year, and jumping 87.39% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 429 crore, tumbling by 27.16% YoY and rallying 90.78% sequentially. Total expenses inched up 5.92% to Rs 769.12 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 296.46 crore, witnessing a strong rise of 48.59% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations declined slightly by 6.39% to Rs 4043.2 crore, while net profit soared by 52.45% to Rs 1176.88 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 92380% to Rs 1341.11 crore, and PBT surged 58.54% to Rs 1580.43 crore compared to previous TTM. JM Financial Ltd plunged by 32% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.21% during the same period.

Net profit of JM Financial declined 35.67% to Rs 291.92 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 453.81 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025. JM Financial will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 August 2026.

JM Financial has allotted 4,93,742 equity shares under ESOS on 23 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 95,69,59,936/- representing 95,69,59,936 equity shares of the face value of Rs 1/- each.
