Swan Engitech Works Private Limited disclosed to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has pledged 20,00,000 shares, representing 0.64% of the total share capital of Swan Corp Limited, as security for a financial facility obtained by a group entity. The pledge was created on September 4, 2026, with IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited acting as the security trustee for the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID), which is lending Rs 1,150 crore.

Swan Corp will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Swan Corp announced that the 118th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 4 September 2026.

Net profit of Swan Corp reported to Rs 268.68 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 17.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 1.62% to Rs 869.65 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 855.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 63.71% to Rs 274.13 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 755.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 11.48% to Rs 4371.20 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 4937.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
