Divi’s Laboratories Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.

Divis Laboratories announced that L. Ramesh Babu, Vice President (Procurement) and D. Madhu Babu, Vice President (Projects) of the Company will be retiring from the close of business hours on 31 July 2026, and will cease to be Senior Management Personnel of the company.
