The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 0.0 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1.24 crore in FY25. USG Tech Solutions Ltd nosedived by 19.40% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.

USG Tech Solutions Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Gajanand Gupta as an Additional Independent Director & Non-Executive Director, effective August 13, 2026, based on a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Gupta, aged 62, is a Chartered Accountant and graduated from the University of Rajasthan, bringing experience in corporate finance, business advisory, and audit services to the company.
