Sterlite Technologies unveils BABA compliant US manufactured fiber optic cable products,
Sterlite Technologies announced today that their fiber optic cable products manufactured in the US are compliant with the `Build America, Buy America` (BABA) provisions of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). Sterlite Technologies raises Rs 1,000 cr via QIP issue,
Sterlite Technologies has raised Rs 1,000 crore through a qualified institutional placement route. The company approved the issue and allotment of 8.84 Cr Equity shares to qualified institutional investors, including HDFC Mutual Fund, Nippon Life India, Goldman Sachs and Bandhan Mutual Fund, aggregating to Rs 1000 crore. Sterlite Technologies announced its strategic partnership with Lumos. STL has been strategically engaged in co-creating fiber and optical connectivity solutions suited for Lumos` mega ambition to build transformative 100% fiber optic internet in the mid-Atlantic region.Lumos was an important part of STL`s recently inaugurated fiber optic plant in Lugoff, South Carolina.
