Sterlite Technologies has allotted 15,107 equity shares under ESOS on 10 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 51,39,11,242 equity shares.

Sterlite Technologies announced the closure of its QIP issue and approved the allotment of 2,57,28,500 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 583.01 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 581.01 per equity share), which is at a discount of 5% to the floor price of Rs 613.69 per equity share (amounting to Rs 30.68 per equity share).

Sterlite Technologies launched the qualified institutional placement offer on 24 June 2026 with floor price of Rs 613.69 per equity share of face value of Rs 2 each.

Sterlite Technologies announced the receipt of a multi year Product Award Letter (PAL) valued at more than $1Bn. Under this agreement, through one of its subsidiaries, STL will supply optical connectivity products to a hyperscaler for AI Data Centre build-outs.

The board of Sterlite Technologies at its meeting held on 29 April 2026 has approved raising of funds up to Rs 2,000 crore by way of issue of equity shares / equity linked instruments.
