S & S Power Switchgear Ltd share price slipped 2.67% to Rs 320.2 after the company`s net profit plunged by 113.68% to Rs 0.26 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 9.44% to Rs 71.21 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of S & S Power Switchgear Ltd stood at Rs 0.64 crore in Q2 FY26, nosediving by 75.57% year-on-year, and tanking 65.59% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, tumbling by 33.17% YoY and plunging by 73.19% sequentially. Total expenses increased by 15.47% to Rs 70.15 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 49.07 crore, growing marginally by 1.72% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 14.92 crore, expanding by 11.26% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 15.28% to Rs 184.06 crore, while net profit tumbled by 187.73% to Rs 3.79 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 975% to Rs 1.12 crore, and PBT collapsed by 211.93% to Rs 4.69 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 11.61 crore in FY26, as against Rs 5.83 crore in FY25. S & S Power Switchgear Ltd crashed 22.10% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.21% during the same period.

S&S Power Switchgear will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.
