Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited has allotted 27,950 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each under its Employee Stock Option Plan, 2022, to eligible employees, according to a filing with the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd on August 24, 2026. The allotment, which followed the exercise of vested options, increased the company`s paid-up share capital from Rs. 13,18,58,940 (6,59,29,470 shares) to Rs. 13,19,14,840 (6,59,57,420 shares), with exercise prices ranging from Rs. 94.00 to Rs. 115.60 per share.

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals has granted 1,20,000 stock options under ESOP at an exercise price of Rs. 179.25/- per option. The said options, which are convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs. 2.00/- each, will vest in 4 equal annual tranches commencing from the first anniversary of the grant.
