Sri Chakra Cement Limited announced that its members have approved the re-appointment of Sri K Vijayulu Reddy Kaliki as an Independent Director for a second tenure of five years, effective November 9, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Board of Directors.

Sri Chakra Cement Limited announced the appointment of Sri Vijay Kumar Kapilavai as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 14, 2026, following the resignation of Mr. Srirama Vara Prasad Nendraganti on May 30, 2026. The appointment was approved by the company`s Board of Directors and Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Mr. Kapilavai, a commerce graduate with over three decades of experience, is related to Sri K Sriram and Smt K V Naga Lalitha.
