Royal Orchid Hotels Limited has fixed August 28, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to a final dividend of Rs 2.5 per share for the financial year 2025-2026, subject to shareholder approval at the 40th Annual General Meeting.

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd share price declined by 0.19% to Rs 323.0 after the company`s net profit dropped 10.17% to Rs 5.83 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 5.27% to Rs 107.21 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Hotels & Resorts industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.39 lakh crore, plunging by 17.05%. It has slipped by 1.79% over last one week and heading higher by 8.38% in last one month while the market capitalization of Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd has marginally improved by 3.01% and 1.55% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd stood at Rs 8.18 crore in Q2 FY26, crashing by 43.97% year-on-year, and declining 9.11% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 18 crore, heading higher 14.99% YoY and slipping 9.34% sequentially. Total expenses softened by 5.77% to Rs 93.31 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 8.88 crore, falling by 11.11% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 28.67 crore, inching up 1.41% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations tick up 8.81% to Rs 319.47 crore, while net profit eased 8.93% to Rs 43.13 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 5685% to Rs 49.36 crore, and PBT inched up 4.28% to Rs 59.48 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 24.69 crore in FY26, as against Rs 59.39 crore in FY25. Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd nosedived by 20.84% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.56% during the same period.

Royal Orchid Hotels Limited announced that its board approved the company’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and fixed August 28, 2026, as the record date for a final dividend payment, with payment expected to commence on or after September 26, 2026, pending shareholder approval. The board also re-appointed Mr. Venkata Ramana Murthy Pinisetti (DIN: 03483544) as an Independent Director for a further period of 2 years, effective October 9, 2026, to October 8, 2028, subject to shareholder approval, and convened the company’s 40th Annual General Meeting for September 26, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
