Rajapalayam Mills Ltd share price declined by 1.67% to Rs 823.35 after the company`s net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 132.56% to Rs 1.12 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 2.99% to Rs 261.28 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Rajapalayam Mills Ltd stood at Rs 1.83 crore in Q2 FY26, crashing by 111.23% year-on-year, and nosediving by 138.85% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 33 crore, rallying 68.82% YoY and expanding by 32.31% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 6.06% to Rs 242.46 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 112.51 crore, inching up 4.43% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 35.64 crore, registering a growth of 7.03% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 4.85% to Rs 942.04 crore, while net profit plunged by 61.38% to Rs 22.74 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 5537% to Rs 104.29 crore, and PBT tanked by 63% to Rs 27.88 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 65.52 crore in FY26, as against Rs 115.64 crore in FY25. Rajapalayam Mills Ltd nosedived by 9.11% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.
