Datakosa Limited, formerly known as Bodhtree Consulting Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 6, 2026, confirming the non-applicability of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialization or dematerialization requests were received, according to Venture Capital and Corporate Investments Private Limited, the company’s registrar and share transfer agent.
