Meenakshi (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. to consider and approve a proposal for a stock split of the company’s equity shares and to appoint Shri Kedarisetty Naga Mahesh Kumar (DIN: 00176969) as a Non-executive Independent Director, while a trading window for designated persons has been closed since August 26, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the board meeting concludes.
