Jai Mata Glass Limited will hold a board meeting on October 9, 2026, at 12:30 pm (IST) to approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations, and the trading window for company insiders will remain closed until October 11, 2026, following the results announcement.

Jai Mata Glass Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone) for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026, restricting transactions for directors, promoters, employees, and their immediate relatives.

Jai Mata Glass Limited appointed M/s KTM & Company, Chartered Accountants, as the company’s statutory auditor for a five-year period commencing from fiscal year 2026-27 till fiscal year 2030-2031, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the company appointed M/s Khushal Joshi & Associates as secretarial auditors for the same five-year period, also pending shareholder approval.
