Vinati Organics Limited will hold its 37th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. (IST) via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and has set Wednesday, September 16, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to a final dividend of Rs 8.50 per equity share of Rs 1 each, subject to shareholder approval at the meeting. The company will provide shareholders with electronic voting facilities, commencing on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. and ending on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 5:00 P.M., with Wednesday, September 16, 2026, designated as the cut-off date for voting eligibility.

Vinati Organics will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 July 2026.

Vinati Organics has subscribed to the additional 1,98,80,000 fully paid-up equity shares of the face value of Rs  10/- each at par, amounting to Rs 19,88,00,000/- by way of subscription towards the rights issue of Veeral Organics, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, and the issued shares rank pari-passu to existing equity shares of Veeral Organics.

Vinati Organics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 8.5 per equity Share (i.e. 850%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
