BLS International Services Limited confirmed receipt of a certificate from Kfin Technologies Limited, acting as Registrar and Transfer Agent, dated October 9, 2026, regarding dematerialization and rematerialization of shares for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.

BLS International Services Limited announced that its step-down subsidiary, Atyati Technologies Private Limited, has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement with TVAM Technologies Private Limited for the sale and transfer of its Joint Liability Group-Financial Lending Business on a slump sale basis for Rs 59,49,000. The JLG Business Undertaking had a turnover of Rs 100.56 crore, representing 26.8% of ATPL’s total turnover for the financial year 2025-26, and a net worth of Rs 59.49 lakh as of July 1, 2026, representing 0.9% of ATPL’s total net worth; TVAM, which is a related party due to a shared director, does not belong to the promoter group of BLS International. The transaction is expected to be completed within approximately 90 days, subject to necessary approvals.
