BLS International Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of BLS International Services rose 31.57% to Rs 177.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 135.14 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 17.58% to Rs 814.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 692.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 35.12% to Rs 686.70 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 508.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
