BLS International Services Limited announced that its step-down subsidiary, Visametric LLC, Tajikistan, has been de-registered as of August 21, 2026, following a liquidation process initiated in October 2025, as previously disclosed to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd.

BLS International Services Limited announced that it has acquired an additional 2.21% stake in its subsidiary, BLS E-Services Limited, through a secondary market transaction for a cumulative cost of acquisition of Rs 45.22 crore in fiscal year 2026-27, exceeding 2% of the company`s net worth. BLS E-Services Limited, incorporated on April 12, 2016, provides digital services and business correspondent services for major Indian banks and reported revenue from operations of Rs 87.35 crore for the fiscal year 2025-26.

Net profit of BLS International Services rose 11.15% to Rs 190.07 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 171.00 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
