Premier Synthetics Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at the company`s registered office to consider and approve the Board Report for the fiscal year 2025-26 along with relevant annexures and to discuss any other business with the permission of the Chairman.

Premier Synthetics Limited announced the appointment of M/s. A H Mandaliya & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditor for a period of Five (5) years, replacing the retiring Statutory Auditor, M/s. Purushottam Khandelwal & Co., at a board meeting held on 14th August 2026. The appointment, which is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, was based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and has a Firm Registration No. of 146705W and Peer Review No. 021688.
