AIA Engineering Ltd share price slipped 0.20% to Rs 4779.35 after the company`s net profit plunged by 23.48% to Rs 300.99 crore, while revenue from operations softened by 7.82% to Rs 1153.24 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Castings & Forgings industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 89951.69 crore, slipping 1.14%. It has marginally improved by 3.49% over last one week and surged by 20.08% in last one month while the market capitalization of AIA Engineering Ltd has inched up 3.24% and 23.71% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of AIA Engineering Ltd stood at Rs 395.05 crore in Q2 FY26, rising 2.48% year-on-year, and plunging by 15.67% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 197 crore, declining 0.32% YoY and falling 14.36% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 4.65% to Rs 889.14 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 449.82 crore, going up by 17.21% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 51.61 crore, registering a growth of 9.55% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations contracted by 11.43% to Rs 4226.62 crore, while net profit eased 6.77% to Rs 1060.07 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 105415% to Rs 817.58 crore, and PBT dipped slightly 8.04% to Rs 1368.43 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1162.31 crore in FY26, as against Rs 902.72 crore in FY25. AIA Engineering Ltd rallied 53.31% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.04% during the same period.
