Triveni Turbine Limited announced that its Share Allotment Committee has allotted 3,480 equity shares of Re.1 face value each under the “Triveni Turbine Limited - Employee Stock Unit Plan 2023,” increasing the company’s issued and paid-up share capital from Rs 31,78,94,979 comprising 31,78,94,979 equity shares to Rs 31,78,98,459 comprising 31,78,98,459 equity shares, as disclosed on August 18, 2026.
