GMR Airports has received affirmation in credit ratings from CARE for its bank facilities at CARE AA; Stable / CARE A1+.

GMR Airports announced that CARE Ratings has upgraded its ratings from �CARE A; Stable� to �CARE A+; Positive� for the Non-Convertible Bonds issued by the Company amounting to upto Rs. 1500 crore. Further, CARE Ratings has upgraded its ratings from �CARE A; Stable� to �CARE A+; Positive� for the long term bank facilities availed/to be availed by the Company and has upgraded its rating from �CARE A1� to �CARE A1+� for the short term bank facilities availed by the Company.

Net profit of GMR Airports reported to Rs 302.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 237.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 37.54% to Rs 3938.16 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2863.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 175.49 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 392.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 42.18% to Rs 14807.41 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 10414.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. GMR Airports will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 27 May 2026.

GMR Airports has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Delhi International Airport (DIAL), intimating that the Company has emerged as the Selected Bidder to upgrade, modernize, finance, operate, manage and maintain the Cargo Terminal 1 at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi (Delhi Cargo Terminal 1 Concession).The project is based on the revenue share payment model to DIAL for an initial period of upto year 2036 with an estimated revenue share of Rs. 340 crore in the first full year of operations.
