Vodafone Idea will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 August 2026.

Vodafone Idea announced that the 31th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 27 August 2026.

Vodafone Idea has acquired 26% equity stake in MTK Quantum Green Energy, a special purpose vehicle formed for the purpose of owning and operating the captive power plant by investing Rs. 4.33 crore.

Vodafone Idea has received upgrade in credit rating for long term fund based term loans from ICRA. The rating is revised from ICRA BBB; Positive to ICRA A-; Stable.

Vodafone Idea has received the credit rating CRISIL A-; Stable for bank facilities of Rs 35,000 crore.
