Raja Bahadur International Limited will convene a board meeting on Tuesday, November 03, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing with the BSE Limited. The trading window for the company`s board members, designated persons, and their immediate relatives has been closed since October 01, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the financial results are announced on November 05, 2026.

Raja Bahadur International Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that no physical certificates were received for dematerialization of securities during that period, as certified by Satellite Corporate Services Private Limited.
