Shivalik Rasayan Limited will hold its 48th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. (IST) in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, and has set a record date of September 21, 2026, for determining member eligibility for dividend payments, which will be paid on or after October 15, 2026, subject to tax deductions.
