Shivalik Rasayan Limited announced that its board approved the allotment of 2,82,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 250 per share to public shareholders for an aggregate amount of Rs 7,05,00,000, and 9,47,990 fully convertible warrants at a price of Rs 250 per warrant for an aggregate amount of Rs 23,69,97,500 to Growel Remedies Limited, Bishnoi Exports Private Limited, and Ginnerup Capital ApS. Following the allotment, the company`s paid-up equity share capital increased to Rs 8,01,61,825 comprising 1,60,32,365 equity shares, and on a fully diluted basis shall be Rs 8,49,01,775 comprising 1,69,80,355 equity shares.

Shivalik Rasayan Limited convened an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on August 20, 2026, at Hotel Saffron Leaf in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, where shareholders approved resolutions including the issuance of up to 372,000 equity shares to the public and up to 948,000 fully convertible warrants to the promoter group and public, with voting results to be communicated after receiving the scrutinizer’s report. The company attributed a delay in submitting the meeting proceedings to network disruptions caused by severe weather conditions in Dehradun.

(IST) in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, and has set a record date of September 21, 2026, for determining member eligibility for dividend payments, which will be paid on or after October 15, 2026, subject to tax deductions.
