Powerica Limited announced it received a Letter of Intent from Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) for a 50 MW wind power project in the state of Gujarat, with power to be supplied at Rs 3.51/kWh for 25 years. The project is expected to be commissioned within 24 months from the date of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), which will be executed within 15 business days following tariff adoption by the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (GERC).

Powerica Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming that no demat requests were received for processing during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares of Powerica Limited are held in demat mode.
