UTI Asset Management Company Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 200 equity shares under the ‘UTI AMC Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2007’ on August 21, 2026, increasing the issued and paid-up share capital from Rs 1,28,53,88,280 to Rs 1,28,53,90,280.

EBITDA jumped by 108433% to Rs 779.36 crore, and PBT collapsed by 38.07% to Rs 651.6 crore compared to previous TTM. UTI Asset Management Company Ltd crashed 31.74% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.21% during the same period.

UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 4,263 equity shares under ESOS on 06 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,28,53,88,280 (12,85,38,828 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each).
