UTI Asset Management Company will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 July 2026.

UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 843 equity shares under ESOS on 19 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,28,52,53,380 (12,85,25,338 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each).

UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 1250 equity shares under ESOS on 12 June 2026. Post the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company shall be increased from Rs 1,28,52,32,450 (12,85,23,245 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each) to Rs 1,28,52,44,950 (12,85,24,495 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each).

UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 1,059 equity shares under ESOS on 21 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,28,52,32,450 (12,85,23,245 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each).

UTI Asset Management Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 40 per equity Share (i.e. 400%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
