EBITDA came in at Rs 0 crore, plunging by 38.00% YoY and crashing by 16.22% sequentially. Total expenses went up by 15.79% to Rs 0.22 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.14 crore, soaring 40% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations remained flat , while net profit fell 12.82% to Rs 0.34 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA tanked by 342% to Rs 1.44 crore, and PBT dropped 13.16% to Rs 0.33 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 10.88 crore in FY26, as against Rs 5.16 crore in FY25. Virtual Global Education Ltd crashed 27.87% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 12.69% during the same period.

Virtual Global Education Limited will hold a board meeting on October 21, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, the appointment of Key Managerial Personnel, and a proposal for the sale/disposal of its subsidiary, Shikshan School Private Limited. The board will also deliberate on a proposal to raise funds through the issuance of equity shares, securities, or convertible instruments, subject to statutory and regulatory approvals.

Virtual Global Education Limited informed the BSE Limited that shareholders approved the regularization of Prem Gupta as Executive Whole Time Director, Payal Sharma as Non-Executive Independent Director, and Rohan Agarwal as Non-Executive Independent Director, each for a term of five consecutive years, at the company’s 33rd Annual General Meeting held on August 25, 2026. Gupta was initially appointed as an Additional Director on May 27, 2026, while Sharma and Agarwal were appointed on the same date.
