20 Microns Limited has acquired 99.99% partnership interest in M/s Shree Shrest Minerals, a partnership firm engaged in mining and extraction of industrial minerals, for a cash consideration of Rs 15 crore. The acquisition, which does not constitute a related party transaction, is intended to strengthen and expand 20 Microns` captive sourcing of industrial minerals and mining operations, according to a regulatory filing. M/s Shree Shrest Minerals, registered in 2008, reported a turnover of Rs 16.99 crore in fiscal 2023, Rs 1.50 crore in fiscal 2024, and Rs 19.55 crore in fiscal 2025.

Net profit of 20 Microns rose 5.46% to Rs 17.78 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 16.86 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
