New Markets Avenue Limited appointed Himanshu Khatri as an additional non-executive independent director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval, and Ramesh Chandra Bagdi & Associates as secretarial auditor for five years commencing from financial year 2026-2027. The company also authorized Kishore Kanhiyalal Jain to negotiate software license terms with Software Developers Mizzen Digital Private Limited and explore licenses from other developers, and appointed Suhas Ganpule of SG & Associates as the scrutinizer for its 44th Annual General Meeting.
