Hero MotoCorp Limited announced the appointment of Srihari Mulgund as Chief Strategy Officer, effective Monday, August 17, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. Mr. Mulgund, who brings over 24 years of experience in the automotive sector, most recently served as a Partner at EY-Parthenon and previously held roles at Aisin AW, FEV Inc., and Ricardo Strategic Consulting, India, will join the company’s Leadership Team and be designated as Senior Management under the Listing Regulations.

Hero MotoCorp has allotted 48,269 equity shares under the Employee Incentive Scheme 2014. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 40,02,82,414 divided into 20,01,41,207 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
