Mauria Udyog Limited informed the BSE Limited and Calcutta Stock Exchange that its Board of Directors approved the Directors’ Report for the financial year 2025-26 and fixed the book closure date from September 19, 2026, to September 25, 2026, for the 46th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 25, 2026, in audio-video mode. The board also noted the vacation of office of Mrs. Veena Aggarwal and Mr. Birendra Kumar as directors, effective August 13, 2026, and approved recommendations of the Audit Committee regarding a proposed material transaction with a related party.

Net profit of Mauria Udyog declined 26.77% to Rs 4.87 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 6.65 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
