Net profit of Nitin Spinners rose 23.70% to Rs 57.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 46.37 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 2.20% to Rs 859.79 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 841.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 1.21% to Rs 177.55 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 175.43 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 2.78% to Rs 3213.87 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3305.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Nitin Spinners announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
