Aspira Pathlab & Diagnostics Limited will seek shareholder and statutory approvals to raise funds through the issuance of instruments including equity shares or warrants convertible into equity shares via preferential issue, private placements, rights issue, or other permitted methods, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited on September 7, 2026.
