Fortis Healthcare announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Fortis Healthcare rose 44.57% to Rs 265.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 183.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 17.81% to Rs 2364.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2007.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 34.56% to Rs 1041.78 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 774.21 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
