MPDL Limited’s board of directors approved the re-appointment of M/s Silveredge Management Services, LLP as the company’s internal auditor for the financial year 2026-2027, and appointed Mr. Kunal Kapoor as Whole Time Director & Key Managerial Personnel for a term of 3 consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval.

MPDL will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.
