Vaxfab Enterprises Limited approved an increase in its authorized share capital from Rs 35 crore divided into 3,47,00,000 equity shares and 3,00,000 preference shares to Rs 50 crore divided into 4,97,00,000 equity shares and 3,00,000 preference shares, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday. The company’s board also decided to hold its 43rd Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. at its registered office in Ahmedabad, and appointed Mrs. Shubhangi Rajkumar Agarwal as the scrutinizer for the voting process.
