Shree Salasar Investments Limited announced that its board approved the convening of the 46th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, via video conferencing, and accepted the resignation of Mr. Nitin Jain as an Independent Director, effective September 4, 2026. The board also appointed M/s. B. L. Dasharda & Associates as the statutory auditor for a five-year term and appointed Mr. Saumesh Ashok Mishra as an Additional Director (Non-Executive - Independent) until the next Annual General Meeting.
