Veritas (India) announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 3 September 2026.

Veritas (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.05 per equity Share (i.e. 5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net Loss of Veritas (India) reported to Rs 15.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 1.10 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
