Magellanic Cloud will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 26 May 2026.

Magellanic Cloud and Rayonix Tech has jointly incorporated a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in the name of MCRAY XTEND INDIA (MCRAY). The SPV has been incorporated in furtherance of the Strategic Investment and Collaboration Agreement executed between the Company and Rayonix Tech for carrying out activities relating to unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology, defence technology solutions, manufacturing, deployment, and other allied business operations. The Company will acquire 60% shareholding in Mcray Xtend India through subscription to its paid-up equity share capital and consequently, MCRAY will become a subsidiary of the Company. The incorporation of the SPV and the proposed investment are aligned with the Company`s strategic expansion plans in the UAV and defence technology sector and are expected to strengthen its participation in indigenous technology development initiatives in India.

Magellanic Cloud announced the formation of a strategic joint venture (JV) to manufacture advanced Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) systems in India. The company has entered into the JV with Rayonix Tech, an India-based defence technology company, in partnership with XTEND, an Israel-based AI-powered robotics, UAV and software systems company. This development marks a significant step in Magellanic Cloud`s expansion within the fast-growing defence and security technology sector.The joint venture, valued at ~US$11 million (~Rs 100 crore), will establish end-to-end manufacturing, testing, and distribution capabilities in India. By leveraging XTEND`s proven autonomous operating systems and combining them with domestic manufacturing capabilities, the joint venture seeks to deliver mission-critical drone solutions built for Indian operational requirements.This strategic partnership further strengthens Magellanic Cloud`s growing presence in drone technologies, AI-led surveillance, and intelligent infrastructure solutions, reinforcing its position as a technology-driven enterprise focused on emerging and high-growth sectors and investing in future-ready technologies with strong national relevance.

Provigil Surveillance, the wholly owned subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud, has received a Letter of Acceptance from South East Central Railway, Nagpur Division, for the Provision of Video Surveillance System (VSS) to monitor 66 Manned Non Interlocked Level Crossing Gates (61 in Nagpur Division, 4 in Raipur Division and 1 in Bilaspur Division). The total accepted contract value is Rs 6.16 crore. With this order, the Company`s cumulative railway Level Crossing surveillance deployment value has increased to approximately Rs 12.17 crore across multiple LC Gates, while the total order book from the Railways stands at approximately Rs 183 crore, providing healthy revenue visibility in the upcoming quarters.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
