Magellanic Cloud announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from South Central Railway, Vijayawada Division for a contract aggregating to Rs 6.92 crore. The project involves the supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of advanced IP based CCTV surveillance systems across multiple South Coast Railway stations, including some of the major junctions such as Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Nellore, Kakinada and Gudur along with associated Signalling & Telecommunication (S&T) infrastructure.

Provigil Surveillance, a wholly owned subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud, has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from South Central Railway, Vijayawada Division for a contract aggregating to Rs 6.25 crore. The project involves the provision of advanced surveillance systems at KVR, GVN, and Rajahmundry (RJY) railway stations for Godavari Pushkaram-2027, along with the replacement and augmentation of Video Surveillance Systems (VSS) at multiple railway stations and the installation of video recording systems in Relay Rooms and Station Master Rooms across the Vijayawada Division.The scope of work includes the deployment of IP-based CCTV surveillance systems, Network Video Recorders (NVRs) and other associated Signalling & Telecommunication (S&T) infrastructure, culminating in the successful handover of the surveillance system.  

IVIS International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud, has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Manappuram Finance for the proposed engagement relating to outsourced Command & Control Centre (CCC) e-surveillance services. Under the proposed engagement, IVIS International is expected to deploy the supply, installation, commissioning, centralized monitoring, and maintenance of security infrastructure across Manappuram Finance`s branch network. Employing its AI-powered Command & Control Centre platform, the proposed solution is designed to deliver intelligent surveillance, real-time event monitoring, automated alert handling and escalation, centralized branch visibility, vault operations monitoring, and end-to-end maintenance of the security infrastructure. The deployment is proposed to be executed in a phased manner and may extend to approximately 1,000+ branches, subject to the issuance of Purchase Orders and the execution of definitive agreements between the parties.

Magellanic Cloud announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 24 July 2026.

Provigil Surveillance, a wholly owned subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud, has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from East Central Railway, Dhanbad Division, for an aggregate contract value of Rs 3.13 crore approx. The project pertains to modernization of the Passenger Reservation System (PRS) network, upgradation of telecom connectivity through GPON technology, and associated Signaling & Telecommunication (S&T) works over Dhanbad Division. The scope of work includes deployment of telecom networking infrastructure, GPON-based fiber connectivity solutions, CCTV surveillance systems, and related S&T infrastructure.
