SVP Global Textiles Limited, formerly known as SVP Global Ventures Ltd., announced that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to Wednesday, September 30, 2026, both days inclusive, in connection with the company’s 44th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.

SVP Global Textiles Limited, formerly SVP Global Ventures Ltd., will hold a board meeting on September 4, 2026, to consider approving the Directors’ Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report, and Corporate Governance Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, among other items including fixing the date, time, and venue of the company’s 44th Annual General Meeting.

SVP Global Textiles will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

Net profit of SVP Global Textiles reported to Rs 222.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 761.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
