Indowind Energy Limited informed the BSE and NSE that Dr. K.R. Shyamsundar, an Independent Director, has ceased to hold office on completion of his second term, effective September 15, 2026, as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

Indowind Energy Limited informed the BSE and NSE that Mr. Bathey Ramamurthy Baskaran has resigned as an Independent Director, effective September 9, 2026, citing personal commitments and other professional pre-occupations. Baskaran confirmed there are no other material reasons for his resignation and does not hold directorships in any other listed entities.

Indowind Energy will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.
