Alldigi Tech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 July 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 30 per equity Share (i.e. 300%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Alldigi Tech rose 49.71% to Rs 28.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 19.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 5.87% to Rs 154.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 146.10 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 1.28% to Rs 82.23 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 83.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
