GP Petroleums announced that the 43th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 26 August 2026.

GP Petroleums announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 July 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of GP Petroleums rose 219.57% to Rs 20.58 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 6.44 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
