Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd share price declined by 1.41% to Rs 111.95 after the company`s net profit plunged by 34% to Rs 30.16 crore, while revenue from operations softened by 3.32% to Rs 346.31 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Industrial Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.7 lakh crore, gaining 4.98%. It has slipped by 0.26% over last one week and rallied by 41.62% in last one month while the market capitalization of Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd has improved by 0.13% and 2.31% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd stood at Rs 38.54 crore in Q2 FY26, tumbling by 41.10% year-on-year, and jumping 69.26% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 37 crore, nosediving by 32.58% YoY and slipping 5.70% sequentially. Total expenses slightly declined by 5.77% to Rs 313.9 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 148.62 crore, plunging by 25.68% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 46.76 crore, softening 5.17% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 22.59% to Rs 1499.21 crore, while net profit inched up 0.12% to Rs 97.72 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 15504% to Rs 165.68 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 4.87% to Rs 123.93 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 58.01 crore in FY26, as against Rs 226.4 crore in FY25. Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd crashed 15.95% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.

Everest Kanto Cylinder announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.7 per equity Share (i.e. 35%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Everest Kanto Cylinder rose 244.34% to Rs 45.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 13.33 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 15.14% to Rs 358.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 422.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 49.95% to Rs 146.85 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 97.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
