Happy Forgings announced that the 47th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 27 July 2026.

Happy Forgings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Happy Forgings rose 23.55% to Rs 83.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 67.63 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 20.42% to Rs 423.84 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 351.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 12.78% to Rs 301.63 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 267.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 9.76% to Rs 1546.34 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1408.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. The board of Happy Forgings at its meeting held on 21 May 2026 has approved to enhance the capacity of solar power project from 25 MW AC to 35 MW AC. Consequently, the overall proposed investment in the project has also been revised from Rs 120 crore to up to Rs 170 crore.

Happy Forgings will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 21 May 2026.
