AGI Greenpac Ltd. informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct.

AGI Greenpac Ltd. informed the BSE and NSE that Manoj Kumar Goel, Chief Executive Officer - General Administration, will retire from the company by the closing hours of August 21, 2026, and will consequently cease to be a Senior Management Personnel.
